Searching hover button options was a nightmare until I found your post. I looked at ET videos. Believe it or not there was no instruction about the “little black arrow.” EGADS! Thanks so much for posting!

I am also having trouble getting my home page to center in the space. For some reason all the Divi elements are over to the left and there is a large blank space on the right in which I cannot add anything–outside all the modules. I have done searches on this issue and found code to enter but none of those fixes have worked. Not very code savvy I am afraid. Can you help?

Hi thank you! I never would have found the black hover arrow otherwise. QUESTION THOUGH: I got my elements to do simple size increase on hover, but cannot get them to do anything different on hover like change color/transparency, or even drop shadow. If I add any of those effects when in the hover mode, it adds them to the default mode too.

I agree 100% – but when you’re trying to get something to look EXACTLY the way you want it to look I tend to fall back on pixels.

In reply to Erin Cote. Erin: I have never seen that before. Make sure you have a fully updated version Divi and WordPress 5. Go into Divi > Builder > Advanced and make sure that BOTH "Enable The Latest Divi Builder Experience" and "Enable Classic Editor" are ENABLED. Try that and see if you have any luck.
